We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
For non-defective items, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
In many cases, partial refunds may be offered without requiring the item to be returned.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
